If you enjoyed Vibe Patrol, it’s at least theoretically possible that you might also enjoy this tribute to a certain Alpha Male regardless of what your political inclinations happen to be, even though the name of the Alpha City mix doesn’t actually have anything to do with the SSH. It was, to the contrary, named after the great German synthpop band Alphaville, whose name you probably don’t know, but whose songs Forever Young and Big in Japan might well ring a bell.
And yes, I did get a little carried away, as Sigmas are wont to do.
Four More Years – The Storm 4:43 (the primary mix)
Four More Years – The Real America 4:42 (basic rock)
Four More Years – The Man is Back 3:13 (hard rock)
Four More Years – Red State Country 3:23 (bluegrass)
Four More Years – 47 Seconds to Trump 3:12 (reminiscent of Jared Leto’s band)
Four More Years – Lightning Strikes Twice 3:22 (late 80’s hair metal)
Four More Years – Alpha City 3:13 (early 1980’s synthpop)
Feel free to opine on your favorite mix; unfortunately the Substack polls only permit five options, so we’ll omit the primary mix and the basic rock one.
