It could be possibly argued that women taking too great of an interest in masculine endeavors is spiritually trans.

Republican politicians have used this to great effect, see: Lauren Boebert, Sarah Palin, Kristi Noem, etc.

Is democracy mostly about corralling Delta males and keeping them on the plantation? Or has it always been this way throughout history? The Deltas need their bread & circuses, because if they can be left alone to grill and do their thing, they’ll be content.

I’ve wondered why certain types of men seem to be obsessed with the female image. Not looking at a real woman, but images of women. Maybe it’s a Delta thing.

Intangibles matter.

Being pleasant to be around, cooking skills, kindness, particular personality types, or common hobbies.

Men have preferences. Catering to them is a way to up his interest.

Women that are butch can survive medieval times. There is a certain poise and class in maintaining high femininity while being able to correct their husband.

The 10s are a small subset of femininity. We can enjoy all the other relatively high numbers as well.

Deltas seek romantic connection through common interests rather than sexual polarity. The appeal of a "guy's girl" or a "man with tits" is strongest for the delta, since it provides the combination of sex and comradery they view as the romantic ideal. A chick with power tools, or displaying interest in manly things, triggers this idealization in the delta.

The lower-status the male is, the more masculine presenting he wants his mate to be. This is honestly really strange. Gammas want "gamer girls" while high status men seem to want classical femininity.

That definitely sounds like delta narcissism. It shows the explanatory scope of the SSH.

Apart from looks:

Alpha likes really compliant women

Bravo likes “sweethearts” skirt and sweater, bashful, that kind of thing.

Delta likes girls with guns

Gamma likes really forward women or gamer girls

Omega likes anything with a pulse

Sigma likes women who are probably really wild in bed.

It could be a cargo cult thing. Tool companies used to hire the hottest models for their calendars. Therefore women who pose with tools must still be hot.

Most women are between 5 and 7. They can easily shift their attractivenss by being fit and can pass themselves of as 8 or 9s by use of black magic, aka makeup.

on the other hand a fat alpha is still an alpha.

a jacked delta is still a delta. women will figure out what you are and act accordingly.

For men who are nervous around women, a woman in traditional masculine wear could imply sexual aggressiveness and a lack of fragility.

Wouldn't agree with the second part but your introductory statement is indeed enlightening. Deltas probably like those 'outfits' because they (blatantly) suggest a shared interest which reduces the hurdle for first contact.

after working with many Indians and East Asians I came to understand that they are a racist slave / serf people. It is very understandable as to why China latched on to Communism so easily. I am sure VD can correct me if I am wrong but the closest they have ever come to a republican form of government is modern day Japan and South Korea but the work climate is still a quasy fudalism.

Can confirm. Chinese managers's entire recruitment process is compliance test after compliance test. One reason they are hiring other Chinese might be nepotism, but Europeans flat out refusing to work with them is another.

There was a commenter a while back looking for writers who "did women" relative to men in the SSH framework, and I may have an option for him. It will include both male and female writers, so electing to read both will help ameliorate either's blindspots. I've been listening to packets of these on long car drives these past weeks.

The British Library's Classic Crime series has ECR Lorac's works, and others from the 1920s - 50s detective stories, written for a still-sane, Christian population, and by authors who were also largely Christianized deists.

Detective crime, to meet genre expectations, required creating puzzles for people that included not merely the mechanics of the crime, but also the mechanics of the milieu of the crime. Whether an aerodrome, or a sheep-farming fen community; a London artist's commune or a government Ministry, the setting and people in it had to go like clockwork. Which also meant, in an homogenous society, the interactions had to recognizably make sense: the men and women in it had to be realistic men and women. Finally, a key ability to write a detective puzzle meant being the getting of the types of men and women correctly drawn.

Hence, to bring this back to hot, and not-so-hot women, there's ERC Lorac's, aka Carol Carnac's, last book Two Way Murder. There's two women in it, a Delta-bait 6-7, and her best friend Dilys. Dilys is one of the keys to the puzzle, so is described by the various men in the story, including an Alpha, Bravo, Sigma, and Delta.

Spoiler for the SSH aware: The Sigma gets the girl, literally from under the Alpha's nose. The Delta-bait girl cleverly makes herself obviously useful to the Delta she is smitten by who is utterly bemused by Dilys. She snags him because (1) Delta never stood a chance, and never took one, and (2) Shows in the course of her interactions with him that she is both competent and interested in his area of competence.

Georgette Heyer, who wrote mysteries in this period as well, is good value, but her stories operated under less strict constraints as to characterization. Strong Poison is the strongest for the full SSH spread, as well as the Female Social Sexual Matrix types.

Man, are those two women really only 6's or 7's? I get it's hard to go off of one picture, but I wouldn't have rated them less than 8, especially the 2nd one. Perhaps I'm still guilty of overrating looks.
