I seriously wonder whether the UK is suffering from the lack of interested and qualified recruits for not only their military, but for their police forces as well. Arresting old women for social media posts? WTF happened to Speakers Corner and the tradition of free speech America got from you, UK?

In America they blame the lack of police applicants on the Ferguson Effect. This refers to the incident where a cop had to defend himself against a strong arm robbery suspect in Ferguson, Missouri, only to be nearly sent to prison after a lengthy court process. George Floyd added to this effect not long thereafter, as well as a year or two of solid guilt trips nationwide.

As it stands, if a shooting involves the right combination of races (cop is white, suspect is anything but white), the cop faces a good chance of going to prison, even if he is 100% justified in his actions. Qualified and capable young men see this and are far less inclined to risk being sent to prison over a job that doesn't even pay all that well.

In the UK, you have to do the same job only unarmed, with similar racial political pressures, and on top of that either pretend not to see crimes involving race or actively buy into the propaganda that a social media post is worse than a child rape committed by a "refugee."

Aside from eager lesbians, what kind of cucks are they attracting to do this job now? Are they having similar problems with recruitment? I certainly hope so - that would be a good sign that not every man is brainwashed, yet.

I've never known a woman in charge who liked being in charge. They've always been overwhelmed and stressed to the gills.

Being in charge sucks -- but it sucks least when one doesn't hesitate to make the necessary decisions, no matter how ugly.

Every time I ask a working woman whether she prefers a male or female boss, they always answer male. They quickly add some BS qualifier "oh, uh, that's because we can control him" or some such nonsense. But it's true, women generally can't stand working for other women.

Somewhat related thought, but I'm seeing this happen over and over again in these videos:

Ladies, when the violence begins -- and for the sake of a clean discussion, let's assume that in no way shape or form are you the cause of this violence -- get the fuck out of the way and let your husband, father, brother, friend, whomever take care of business as best as he is able.

If you try to "help" or even worse try to "restrain" him, you are much more likely to end up sending your man to the hospital and at best dividing his attention when adrenaline is already giving him some tunnel vision.

No, that almost never seems to be how this works. It's seemingly more that she's motivated to keep her man out of trouble by restraining him. They don't realize that the situation is already well past that point.

Women have a seriously inferior escalation ladder to men. My brother was tased by a woman cop who freaked out despite him conveying no more menace than his size normally confers. A male cop wouldn't have even felt threatened. But a woman can't reasonably expect to be able to control each rung of the escalation ladder and thus tends to panic. Other than for very particular purposes, police departments ought not to be hiring any women that are below the 40th percentile or so level of raw strength among men (hint, that's like +2 to +3 sigma among women). Otherwise you're going to see a lot of unnecessary tasings and shootings.

Compare and contrast a story about Trump meeting channers at a smaller early rally in the 2016 campaign. Impossible to find the original event through the algorithmic mess so forgive my imagined dialogue, though he said something like it on stage:

"I saw those guys making a lot of noise and jumping up and down in the corner over there and thought to myself, those guys might be trouble. But then I listened and they were shouting Trump Trump Trump and I thought, I want those guys on my side".

That was way back when Vox was saying, "Support your extremists" or something like that. Trump did and got the full weight of those men on his side to this day.

Regarding female shaming they're trying to start up White Feather Campaigns again. In the World Wars the government convinced women to give white feathers as a sign of cowardice to any man who was walking around in civvies. Somehow they are less effective now with men openly mocking the women who try to shame them on Tiktok, usually telling the women 'equal rights means equal lefts' and so on.

Makes me think women having no rights was for the sake of the Deltas and Gammas, not for the Alphas and Betas. The logic goes that Alphas and Betas need no help to ignore women shaming or get woman compliance but Deltas and Gammas do. Deltas are strong rules followers so if the rules simply say to ignore the shaming, or the rules say women must be compliant, the Delta will be fully on board. If the rules say women are equals or superiors, the Delta will dutifully follow that too.

Rules really are for deltas in a society. A healthy society and culture takes good care of its deltas. The political expression of this instinct should be to aggressively promote the interests of the 20th to about the 80th percentile, and in some cases stretch to the 10th or 15th and the 85th or 90th. Those above don't need help, they're best left be as much as is feasible, and those below that can't be helped at the societal level because they're too dysfunctional.

The US has a really good Delta population as nations go, it's F*ing criminal how they've been treated. Anybody whose job makes people's lives better, even if it's a cashier or fry cook in Wendy's should be treated with respect. Those whose jobs make people's lives worse should not be respected, even if they're well paid.

The jobs of those "low ranking careers" are 10X more difficult and 100X more important than the jobs of administrative do nothings and excel sheet creators.

Take Twitter for an example, thousands of well paying jobs erased and no changes. They were not only not doing anything, they were probably in the way. In Clown world everything is inverted.

If you have one person in HR for like 50 engineers and their techs, they're probably a valuable contributor---helping people with their health benefits and taking some of the administrative load of hiring and managing disputes. If you're got a whole HR department full of Karens, they're probably a significant negative contributor. Administration in general is very useful when it is right-sized, but I haven't seen right-sized administration since the late 80s and very early 90s.

I had a picture of Washington Crossing the Delaware on my desk at work for a long time.

One day, my cube neighbor saw it and said “Ah, that’s why I’m here”.

He was a descendent of German migrants (“Hessians”) who were living in America just outside Philadelphia. His ancestor had been at the battle of Trenton and was captured there. He was set free to return to Europe after swearing an oath to never return.

Two weeks later, his transport sprung a leak and he had to return. He ended up settling down near Germantown.

Europe’s loss was our IT group’s gain!!!

I think we're going to see more of this as things kick off. Especially so since the PM didn't do any favors for her or her ilk. She has tough times coming as eventually yentas like her will be seen as the enemy by both sides.

I love how fast the hymnals were distributed and they are all singing the same tunes with the same words. In this case, the word of the day is thug. One woman's thug is another's patriot.

"...It was not preached to the crowd.

It was not taught by the state.

No man spoke it aloud

When the Saxon began to hate.

It was not suddently bred.

It will not swiftly abate.

Im reliably informed that "Thug" is a no-no word because racism, bigotry and pejorative or something.

Thuggee (Thug) were historical organized gangs of professional robbers and murderers in India. They were said to have traveled in groups across the Indian subcontinent. They usually murdered their victims by strangling using a handkerchief as a tool. The Thuggee were believed to practice their killings as a form of worship toward the goddess Kali. For centuries, the authorities of Indian subcontinent such as the Khalji dynasty. the Mughal Empire, and the British Raj attempted to curtail the criminal activities of the Thuggee during their rules.

I have a bro in law that attracts women like this. His most recent gf was literally from the pit of hell. He would always cuck to her and allowed her to bring her rhetoric and controlling tactics into extended family gatherings. All of the men on his and his other sister's side would cuck to her, make excuses, and allow her to get her tentacles into their personal lives as well as their children.

I saw this way out and set boundaries, and when she crossed them, I corrected her. I didn't give her an inch, so she hated me. Most of my extended family didn't like me either since my presence opposed her whispers and huge emotional performances.

Eventually, it all came to a head, and the extended family's view of her changed drastically. There were two separate occasions where I had to take it a level above her or anyone else at a family gathering. This exposed her to the rest for who she truly is.

Eventually, my bro in law stood up to her, and now out of our lives. She's far, far away dating a black dude. Everyone is much happier now.
