This may have already been said (I don't have the time to read 100 comments) but the eradication of Alphas in war also depletes the gene pool. Alphas are leaders. Think of how many company grade officers were killed in the World Wars. In order for them to secure their commissions to begin with they were usually highly intelligent, were in college or already had a college degree (back when that actually meant something), or were exceedingly brave and excellent leaders of men (those were the ones who earned battlefield commissions). Granted: since Korea and Vietnam the loss of life and limb has not been as precipitous - and the Alpha types normally seek out the more challenging positions in today's military (Green Berets, Fighter Pilots, SEALS, Marine infantry officers, etcetera) if they even enter the military but they simply may not exist because their fathers, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers may have been vaporized in the trenches, foxholes, and skies of the 20th century's wars.
The GATE stuff is fascinating, as is the high concentration of 'GATE-survivors' and INTJ that cluster around 4chan/pol.
The patterns of life (lists have been made) around individuals clustered around 'conspiracy theory' research who also were in GATE from a specific timeframe cohort has a very _dark_ feel to it.
Low dopamine from modern technology and lighting, combined with no real " wins" IRL in the formative years ..... will likely mean less Alphas. probably Deltas & Bravos too
The same set of behaviours which result in interviews being prematurely terminated in a corporate setting create enthusiasm and the demand for leadership in community groups and sports teams. The latter retain organic demand for leadership.
I have met several alphas... One is like a holy week procession leader, other was our rugby captain team and the other two are goon squad leader types... So in religion, sports and party/club-drinking contexts I think there are still alphas

I know and have seen first hand just how much young boys can be dissuaded, manipulated, altered from being themselves in elementary school by over-bearing and passive aggressive feminist teachers and admin, let alone hollywood's obsessions with gamma and hatred of alphas, single family homes, weak fathers raising their sons, etc., etc.
It seems with enough programing one could make an boy / young man not realize who he is and change their SSH expression into a more feminized form. It's interesting to consider what are the alphas of today actually doing if they aren't being alphas in alpha roles. Where are they exactly and what are they doing? Short answer is: the costs of reaching the top of a large organization are highly unsustainable, and the rewards of reaching that position are declining because being a public figure now involves 24/7 surveillance by social media hive minds like Reddit who are eager to harass anybody who doesn't promote whatever the government narrative happens to be through doxing the alpha's family and similar methods.
Additionally, there are no shortage of stories of start-up businesses making products that blow the industry standard out of the water, the start-ups then being purchased by a larger company for an obscene amount of money, the mediocrities at the top of the large company pushing out the actual talent the start-up brought to them until nobody remains who actually understands the new product, then the product going through endless "updates" until it's indistinguishable from the rest of the slop the big company is known for.
It's really sad seeing the degradation of once-promising projects in real time.
If you sell a business built on a wildly successful product you've brought to market, you're silly. Issue new shares, allot half of them to yourself and only sell the other half, SO THAT YOU REMAIN OWNER of OVER 50% of the shares.
If you're dumb and totally sell out, don't sign any non-compete agreement that lasts for more than 5 years.
If asked why, you simply state: "I reserve the right to re-enter the market if you fuck up this product with MBA-, lawyer-, and accountant-driven corporate bullshit. If you ruin this product, I can and will come back with a superior product over some debilitated slop. If you keep putting out a good product, then I'll stay out of the market. This is to keep YOU honest with customers who have come to trust MY work."
