Horace still has to do mandatory counseling -- a potential meltdown that might be fun to watch.

would like to hear more (outside story line is fine and probably makes more sense) about the Dakota language and the fictional <?> language preservation society.

Cool story fragment. Cheers.

If you are delta or gamma, and want to achieve better outcomes, just ask yourself that. As often as you need to.

Two steps up, one step down. Scrubb doesn't get it, yet. "... and stay shut up" is the implied part, but his boss will need so say the quiet part out loud.

Redfeather might be contemplating use of a class 2 anthill, way out on tribal lands, if this recurs.

If he Graduates Gamma, is there more story? Maybe a Gamma ghost?

The point of this story is to illustrate Gamma for the amusement of the Dark Lord and his courtiers.

I don’t think this is about a self-improvement journey.

There is no graduating gamma.

Best you can do is mask as something else, like autistic people do.

I bet most of the truly “graduated gammas” were really just low Deltas with some Gamma tendencies to eliminate.
