Believe All Women
When they tell you a man is a Gamma
A reader shares his wife’s intuition:
Women have a 6th sense about gammas. Guy gets hired at wife’s coffee shop. Wife immediately said: “He’s a gamma…”
6 months later…
Guy gets fired for creepy texts being sent to the manager and trying to pick on the minors working there.
When they went to fire him he made veiled threats to everyone on staff and they had to arrest him and escort him off of the premises and they had staff protection services circling the building.
Gammas don’t behave this way all the time. But sooner or later, a Gamma is going to behave this way. Perhaps not quite to this extreme, but it will be something in this vein, whether it is a voiced threat to destroy the entire code base of a project to which he’s contributing, repeatedly stalking a woman he knows is someone else’s girlfriend, or literally murdering a woman he fears is going to leave him. I have personally known Gammas who have done those things.
And in each case, I was aware there was something off about the guy well prior to his meltdown, even before I had the words to articulate what it was.
This can be difficult for some men, particularly Deltas and Gammas, to accept. Remember, binary thinkers can’t utilize probabilistic thinking. They have a very strange, self-defensive, and anti-statistical logic that runs like this:
Major Premise: The SSH says Alpha Males are likely to cheat.
Minor Premise: I know an Alpha Male and I’ve never known him to cheat.
Hidden Assumption: My observations of one Alpha for a limited period of time are conclusively indicative of the natural behavior of all Alphas at all times.
Conclusion: The SSH is fundamentally false and Gammas don’t exist.
Meta Conclusion: Therefore, I am not a Gamma.
Secret king wins again!
Unlike men, women are highly incentivized to see through the smokescreens that Gammas use to hide their intentions and motivations, so they tend to be rather better at it than men are. If a woman warns you about a man being a Gamma, you can safely rely upon her instincts.

The Gamma label is the most useful part of the SSH. I don't like to call someone a creep, weirdo, incel without good reason, on the other hand Gamma is perfectly descriptive if you know the SSH. It says so much about the man, whether you're concerned with his work ethics, dating or social life.
Gammas are weird on the inside. Like truly weird, and it surfaces as creepiness. I can't think of one Gamma that I've known that didn't eventually make a sexually inappropriate comment or move of some sort. Not always directed at any woman in particular, but always with the result that everybody who overhead it were made to feel uncomfortable.
